AVer Video Conferencing

On November 17, 2016, a partnership seminar held by Rian took place in Voronezh; this event was organized for end users, managers, as well as IT specialists. Hosted by Tayle, event attendees also included representatives from Mitel as well as numerous universities.

During the seminar, Dmitry Solntsev, branch manager of Tayle in Voronezh, and Boris Kozyrev, a senior technical specialist, presented video conferencing solutions offered by AVer.

Using AVer’s Video Collaboration Solutions

Employees from Tayle are often faced with a common question, “should video collaboration tools be used exclusively for business collaboration, meetings, and business events?”

However, Boris Kozyrev stated that he has shown and convinced the pubic that modern video systems offer a wide range of features, which are not only suitable for businesses, but also educational and medical institutions.

A video conferencing system is undoubtedly an indispensable tool when companies need to convene a meeting between several cities across different time zones; it is also the perfect solution for distance learning. Boris used Tayle as an example, he demonstrated that conducting internal trainings via Aver’s video conferencing system is great, not only because users can see and hear other participants clearly, they are also able to easily see marks and comments written on a whiteboard and documents on the screen easily. For this, users only need to point AVer’s document camera at the object they wish to share with others.

During the seminar, participants discussed many topics in a relaxed atmosphere. Colleagues, let’s all look forward to the next meeting!
