AVer’s regional distributors will contact you after receiving your request.

The terms and conditions outlined hereafter will be in effect for the duration of the “FREE Trial Program” (herein referred to as “Program”).

• The program is NOT applicable in the Americas.
• Shipping costs might be incurred in some regions. The product is provided under the “as is” basis.
• Users shall be responsible for any product damage attributable to users. Users shall use reasonable degree of care to use and manage any product under users’ custody.
• Any violation of the Terms and Conditions of this Program may result in the cancellation of the end user’s application to this Program, and all rights forthcoming from the Program will become void and AVer does not assume any liabilities therefrom, no matter contractual, express, implied or legal theoretical.
• AVer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, modify, revoke or terminate the Program in whole or in part, for any reason, at any time, with reasonable notice announced on AVer’s official website or through social media websites.
• AVer has the right to contact the End Customers for verification purposes and sales marketing promotion. By submitting the application to the Program, End Customers implicitly agree that AVer may contact the End Customer for verification purposes and sales marketing promotion.
• AVer reserves the right to audit available information of the Program for validation.
